Singing Water Vineyards:
4 out of 5 Stars

Singing Water Vineyards, the proud producer of Reveille Red Blend is nestled in the heart of Texas Hill Country. I was not expecting to find a vineyard while driving in Texas, but there it was. I could not skip trying one of their wines, and I liked it so much that I bought it. Their Reveille Red Blend is a pretty good wine.

Tasting Notes:
The Reveille Red Blend from this Vineyard offers a delightful array of flavors. Crafted with care, I am told, it showcases the unique terroir of Texas Hill Country ( I did not know it was suited for the red grapes)

This red blend entices with a captivating aroma, featuring a mixture of red and black fruits with subtle hints of spices and oak.

Flavor Profile:
On the palate, Reveille reveals a harmonious fusion of dark berries, cherries, and plum notes. The wine’s structure is complemented by vanilla and well-integrated tannins, providing a smooth and lingering finish.

Pairing Suggestions:
This wine is a bit versatile. It goes well with hearty pasta dishes and aged cheeses.

In conclusion, Singing Water Vineyards' Reveille Red Blend is a lighter-bodied red that I was told captures the essence of Texas Hill Country. With its enticing aromas, rich flavor profile, and versatile pairings, Reveille is a delightful expression of this vineyard's commitment to quality winemaking.
