Tag-Heuer Los Angeles boutique. Luxury timepiece Tag Heuer, acclaimed for its avant-garde watchmaking and forward-thinking technology since 1860, has opened its first Los Angeles boutique at the trendy Westfield Century City mall. The brand has been associated with Formula 1 for many years and launched the Formula 1 collection in 1986.
The collection includes iconic watches like the white-faced model and the Monaco, initially launched in 1969; both are now back in the market as part of the vintage series. With long-standing ties to the motor racing universe and a passionate drive for record-breaking performances on the asphalt, it was only natural for Tag Heuer to partner with the legendary Indy 500. The brand is also a member of the luxury conglomerate LVMH (Moët Hennessey Louis Vuitton) group, the world’s leading luxury goods group, which recorded revenue of €86.2 billion in 2023, equating to organic growth of 13% compared to 2022. The new Tag Heuer store at Westfield Century City features floor-to-ceiling mirrors and displays the brand’s iconic racing red flow throughout the store, with nothing detracting from the watches being the show’s stars. At the opening, Benjamin Beaufils, President of Tag Heuer Americas, said, “As sales and momentum for Tag Heuer continue to increase in the U.S. market rapidly, we are thrilled to announce our further expansion in the West Coast.
We look forward to sharing our avant-garde spirit in these prominent retail hubs and welcoming new loyal clientele we previously could only interact with via e-commerce.”
Among other collections, you can see the Tag Heuer’s classic black and steel Link Automatic Chronograph ($4,950), the timeless Aquaracer Quartz Watch ($3,400), and the Special Edition Carrera x Porsche Orange Racing Automatic Chronograph ($7,050), created in partnership with luxury automaker Porsche. The retro Monaco Gulf is now my new favorite ($8,000).
Before you invest in your next timepiece, make sure to stop by the Los Angeles boutique.
