Workshop

Join us on Saturday, February 8, 2024 from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. for our monthly Family Workshop at the East Los Angeles County Library. The workshop will be in conjunction with our current exhibition at the Luckman Gallery, Sinks: Places we call Home. In this workshop, teaching artist Beatriz H Jaramillo will lead a Nature Mandala Workshop. Let’s reconnect with nature by observing the shapes, colors, forms, and scents of leaves, flowers, and various spices. Let’s use these natural elements as inspiration to create a mandala and enjoy the calming process of focusing and the healing power of the natural world.

Location

The East Los Angeles County Library is located at 4837 E 3rd St Los Angeles, CA 90022, directly across from the Metro L Line East LA Civic Center Station; located at the intersection of 3rd Street and Mednik Avenue.
