Feeling the weight of the recent fire crisis in LA or just overwhelmed by it all? You’re not alone, and were here to support you.

Join us for a special FREE healing workshop this Saturday from 10 am- 1 pm at the beautiful boutique Matt Argyle in Playa Vista. This event will focus on pausing, breathing, and restoring during these challenging times, with the following:

-Sound healing to soothe your mind

-Therapeutic support to process and release

-Healing sessions for body and soul

-Chef-prepared nourishment to feed your spirit

Whether you’ve been directly affected or just need some support, this workshop is open to all. Let’s come together, share our stories, and lift each other up.
